The Adopt a Dog Application Form, Adopt a Cat Application Form, and Foster Application Form act as the initial gateways in this process. These forms solicit essential information about the adopter's living situation, previous pet experiences, and commitment to providing a loving and stable home. Within 24 to 48 hours of form submission, Ampon Alaga initiates contact, signifying the commencement of the adoption process.


Ampon Alaga recognizes that adoption transcends merely finding a pet; it is about establishing a forever home. The screening process plays a pivotal role in ensuring a harmonious and enduring match between the adopter and the animal. By carefully evaluating potential adopters, Ampon Alaga aims to minimize the risk of animals being returned or facing additional hardships.
