According to Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivares, the mini job fair offered 1,200 jobs to unemployed city residents.
Olivarez said 301 applicants registered during the mini job fair and 70 of them were hired on-the-spot.
He thanked Solaire Resort Entertainment City, led by Director for Human Resource Operations Niña Magbanua, and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) for giving residents the employment opportunities.
The mayor added the mini job fair was made possible through the Public Employment and Services Office (PESO) which has been conducting job fairs in several locations in the city.
