4 nabbed for selling firecrackers online

The Police Regional Office-3 apprehended four persons for selling firecrackers and pyrotechnics online in an entrapment operation in Morong, Bataan on Saturday, December 30.

FOUR persons were nabbed for selling firecrackers online in Morong, Bataan. (PRO-3 FB)

Police said the suspects were monitored marketing their products through Facebook.

Seized from them were 590 Kwitis, 50 Mabuhay Luces, 18 five-color Luces, four Roman Candle Luces, 12 Fountain Silver, five Battery Eight Candle Fountain, 13 Pagoding Fountain, two three-layer big Fountain, and three two-layer Pagoding Fountain valued at approximately P30,000.

Suspects face charges for violation of Republic Act 7183 (An Act Regulating the Sale, Manufacture, Distribution, and Use of Firecrackers and Other Pyrotechnic Devices).
