FASHION PULIS: No escape

Oh no! Just as when things seemed to have been resolved, Enduring Woman (EW) might have to once again think twice about setting boundaries with Chill Partner (CP). 

CP is a very recognizable personality and a natural head turner. Hence, he is easily spotted and cannot escape from prying eyes, who are curious about his actions. 

Sometime ago, CP was spotted on the dance floor of a club in an attention-getting position with Another Woman (AW). AW is an accomplished beauty queen. Those who saw CP and AW sensed the hug was more than friendly. What made this incident different is that many other patrons saw the behavior of AW and CP, which made them uncomfortable. They would not have given much thought to the two had CP already declared he was single. The thing is, he happens to be a committed man and has declared his love for his family in the past. Despite all the verbal and published declarations, CP cannot seem to stay away from nightlife. He has a reputation of enjoying a drink or two at bars and the company of women.

Apparently, CP’s friendly nature has already put his reputation in question. His closeness with women is often interpreted as his opportunity to play around. Nonetheless, he cannot get away with his escapades. EW is not one who will give up on her relationship with CP and will fight for what she believes is hers.

She had no idea what was about to happen. All she knew was that she was with someone who made her happy and had put up with her as a human being. Through ups and downs, he was there. So was she. Through the eyes of their fans, they made each other special. Her coming into his life added to his worth as a member of the showbiz industry. While he had his own strengths entering the business, her presence made him more special.

As time passed, Giddy Girl (GG) and Cute Boy (CB) made their successful reel partnership into something real. Seeing the two together made followers see the chemistry. Finally, GG had someone who was her perfect match in her projects. CB arrived at a time when GG needed a new screen partner. Luckily, CB improved his craft to be able to be at par with GG. When work was done the two were a joy to follow on social media. They seemed to be a perfect pair and fans waited for the day of the proposal.

The highly anticipated proposal day never came because CB suddenly ghosted GG allegedly. Imagine waking up with no word or two coming from your partner. Life had to go on, but GG was clueless as CB became radio silent. Apparently, the future did come up in one of their talks. GG was shocked that CB had nothing to say. He had no plans when the topic of marriage cropped up. What then was GG to do? Staying with someone who had no plans was unhealthy indeed.
