Western Visayas' 9th most wanted caught in Antique

ILOILO CITY – The ninth most wanted person in Western Visayas was arrested in Tibiao, Antique on Friday, December 29.

The Police Regional Office-6 identified the suspect wanted for murder as “Rocky.”

Rocky was nabbed through a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Mario de Guzman Andres of the Antique Regional Trial Court-Branch 64 based in Bugasong town.

PRO-6 chief Police Brig. Gen. Sidney Villaflor lauded Rocky’s arrest.

“Mas mapapadali ang paghuli sa mga may pananagutan sa batas kung tayong lahat ay nagtutulungan, para sa mas ligtas at mapayapang komunidad,” said Villaflor.

Police Major Mary Grace Borio, PRO-6 spokesperson, said the suspect was apprehended by the Tibiao Municipal Police Station, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG)-Antique, the Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU)-6, and the Provincial Intelligence Team (PIT)-Antique.
