Following its launch a few days before Christmas, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) drew the first-ever winner of its "Handog Pakabog" program on Friday evening, Dec. 29.
A lone bettor correctly matched the Ultra Lotto 6/58 winning digit combination 19-35-25-42-58-05 to win the P571,554,916.40 jackpot.
The "Handog Pakabog" is a PCSO initiative in which the agency increased the jackpot prizes of both the Ultra and Grand Lotto to P500 million each as a Christmas gift to its patrons.

A lone bettor also hit the P23.3 million jackpot for the Mega Lotto 6/45 draw on Friday evening.
The winner correctly matched the winning numbers 06-12-28-04-16-17 with a P23,333,389.60 jackpot.
The other winning numbers for the digit games were 3-7-4-5 for 4D Lotto, 9-2-8 for 3D Lotto, and 24-11 for 2D Lotto.
