HVI wanted for drugs arrested in Pasig

A High Value Individual (HVI) wanted for illegal drugs was nabbed by the Pasig City Police on Wednesday, Dec. 27, the Eastern Police District (EPD) said.

The suspect, identified as "Tintin", was arrested in a drug sting operation held at Barangay Manggahan, Pasig City where police recovered P340,000 worth of shabu and other drug paraphernalia from him.

"Tintin" was brought to the District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) Office for documentation while the recovered pieces of evidence were sent to the EPD Forensic Unit for documentation.

The suspect is now facing charges for violation of Section 5 and 11 Art. II of R.A. 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
