Cops nab Capiz town's most wanted

ILOILO CITY – Police have arrested the most wanted person in Dao town, Capiz province.

Apprehended on Wednesday, December 27, in an operation in Barangay Jambad for homicide was alias “Kalboy.”

Kalboy was nabbed by a tracker team of the Dumarao Municipal Police Station backed up by the Capiz 2nd Mobile Force Company and Capiz Police Provincial Office.

The suspect was arrested on a warrant issued by Judge Kristine B. Tiangco-Vinculado of the Regional Trial Court (RTC)-Branch 16 in Roxas City, Capiz on December 5.

The court recommended a P150,000 bail for the suspect.

The Police Regional Office (PRO)-6 lauded the arrest of Kalboy.

“Magtulungan po tayo, pulisya at mamamayan, sa pagtugis ng mga may pananagutan sa batas, at para mabigyang hustisya ang naging biktama ng krimen,” said Police Brig. Gen. Sidney Villaflor, PRO-6 director.
