PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Kirby John B. Kraft graced the opening of the training and told the trainees – 216 patrolmen and 34 patrolwomen – that BISOC will upgrade their arsenal of capabilities needed in the government counter-insurgency campaign.
Kraft said there is no slowing down in internal security operations in the region because the greatest gift they can impart to the people of Caraga and future generations is a peaceful and progressive life.
“We are about to embark on extensive training that will provide our police officers with the abilities, skills, knowledge, and strategic thinking required to combat insurgency successfully on all fronts,” he added.
