KonsultaMD, Ciudad Medical improve healthcare in Zamboanga City

Digital healthcare service provider KonsultaMD, a platform made under Globe Group's 917 Ventures, has teamed up with Ciudad Medical Zamboanga (CMZ) to provide improved healthcare services to Zamboanga City residents.

Through the partnership, residents in Zamboanga City can now avail of CMZ's health services such as online booking for at-home and in-hospital diagnostic services through the KonsultaMD SuperApp.

KonsultaMD said the partnership is a part of their efforts to expand their domestic market, as it continues to deliver "teleconsultations, pharmaceutical services, and home-based nursing" to patients nationwide.

KonsultaMD CEO Cholo Tagaysay remarked that their partnership was forged through their shared values and vision with CMZ in terms of "Better Access. Better Service. Better Health."

With KonsultaMD’s goal of democratizing healthcare in the country, it’s just the start of building a strong network of medical providers and professionals in just one app," he said.

Moreover, CMZ President Atty. Jhihann C. Hairun-Natividad stressed that the partnerships provides a new avenue for accessibility and quality of Healthcare in the city.

"The synergy will deliver both care and convenience like no other, challenging traditional platforms and setting a new innovative approach to proactively respond to current trends and demands, and changing habits and inclinations,” added Hairun-Natividad.
