Fire razes 6 houses in Bacolod

BACOLOD CITY – A fire razed six houses in Purok Bolinao, Barangay 1 here on Saturday, December 23.

According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)-Bacolod, the fire broke out around 6:38 p.m. from the house of Raffy Tragona and raised to second alarm two minutes later.

Five houses were destroyed while another was damaged, the BFP reported.

Six families were affected by the fire which damaged a 400-square meter area.

Damage to property was estimated at P100,000. Fire out was declared at 7:28 p.m.

Arson investigators have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
