In PAGASA's 4 p.m. live broadcast, weather specialist Ana Clauren Jorda said the weather bureau is not also monitoring any cloud cluster that may affect the country in the next two to three days.

Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon or "amihan" will still affect the Northern and Central Luzon, while the easterlies or the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean will prevail over other parts of the country.

PAGASA said Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, while Bicol Region, Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due the easterlies.

PAGASA said flash floods or landslides in the affected areas may be expected due to moderate to heavy rains.

In Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Aurora, and Quezon, cloudy skies with rains will be experienced while in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be felt due to amihan.

Those who are in CAR, Aurora, and Quezon are warned of possible flash floods or landslides in times of severe thunderstorms.
