'Squid Game' star Lee Byung-hun, actress Lee Min-jung welcome second baby

Korean celebrity couple, actor Lee Byung-hun and actress Lee Min-jung, got the perfect Christmas gift this year.

The two stars welcomed their second child. Lee Min-jung gave birth to a daughter on Dec. 21, according to agency MS Team Entertainment.

"Both mother and child are healthy," it added.

Lee Byung-hun stayed by Lee Min-jung’s side when she gave birth, according to Korean media.

"Even though he was busy filming season 2 of Netflix's 'Squid Game,' he took care of his wife even before she gave birth," an official told Korean media.

Lee Byung-hun and Lee Min-jung got married in 2013. They had their first baby in March 2015. She got pregnant again and had her second baby eight years after their first child.

In “Squid Game,” Lee Byung-hun plays the role of the Front Man.
