In a video message uploaded to his Facebook page on Friday morning, Dec. 22, the President said the Palace is an "open house" throughout the Misa de Gallo period.

"Merry Christmas po sa inyong lahat. At muli ngayong Pasko ay binuksan natin ulit ang Palasyo para sa inyong lahat. Open house po kami ngayon (Merry Christmas to you all. We opened the Palace once again for you this Christmas. We're having an open house)," he said.

"Habang na may Simbang Gabi open house po ang Palasyo. Puntahan po niyo kami, bisita kayo (While the Pre-dawn Masses are going on, the Palace is an open house. Visit us)," he added.

According to the President, food popular during Christmas is available for those who would visit.

"Kumpleto ang mga pakain natin ng bibingka at saka siyempre yung specialty ko, puto bumbong (We have a complete set of food for you. We have bibingka and, of course, my specialty, the puto bumbong)," he said.

Marcos even encouraged parents to bring their kids to Malacañan.

"Lahat ng mga anak ninyo, mga bata, para magsaya naman sila habang nag-aantay ng Simbang Gabi (Bring your children so they could enjoy while waiting for the mass)," he said.

"Sana magkita tayo dito sa Palasyo para meron tayong Pasko sa Palasyo (I hope we'll see each other here so we could celebrate Christmas in the Palace)," he added.

In an earlier statement, Malacañang said this year promises a jubilant celebration with carnival rides, engaging games, and delectable food, creating an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie.

"Explore the creativity of Filipino youth as you admire the vibrant parols crafted by students during the National Parol Competition, a showcase of artistic brilliance that adds a touch of splendor to the festivities," it said.

"Immerse yourself in the spiritual richness of the season with daily Simbang Gabi, a pre-dawn mass starting at 4:30 a.m. After the mass, indulge your taste buds with complimentary Puto Bumbong and Bibingka, a delightful way to start your day and savor the flavors of Filipino Christmas traditions," it added.
