PRC sets virtual oathtaking of new physicians

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, Dec. 20, announced the date for the online oathtaking of newly licensed physicians.

The oathtaking ceremony will be held online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams on Dec. 28 at 10 a.m. and will be spearheaded by the PRC-Pagadian City.

PRC stated that inductees must wear formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (either a white physical background or a virtual one) throughout the oath-taking ceremony.

Moreover, the PRC emphasized that attendees should secure an online appointment schedule at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select "E-OATH" as the transaction type.

PRC reminded that the online registration will close five calendar days before the virtual oath-taking event.
