PCSO said because the jackpot prize exceeded P10,000, it would be subject to a 20 percent tax deduction under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law.
If the jackpot prize remains unclaimed one year after the draw date, it will be forfeited and will go to the PCSO Charity Fund, as stated under Republic Act 1169 or the PCSO Charter.
The Super Lotto draw is held every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Meanwhile for the Dec. 20 evening draw, PCSO announced that the Grand lotto 6/55 has a jackpot prize of P521 million.

The said jackpot prize increased as no lucky bettor correctly guessed its winning digit combination: 48-54-37-06-53-16, amounting to P511,449,631.60.
