The recent break-up of longtime showbiz couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla (Kathniel) have left a lot of their fans heartbroken and indisposed.

Apaprently, P3PWD Party-list nominee Rowena Guanzon' staff members were among the Filipinos who were just too sad to function following Kathniel's split.

Luckily for them, their boss is very understanding of the situation.

"Dahil malungkot mga staff ko sa break up ng kathniel, holiday muna sila bukas ðŸ’™ (Because my staff is sad over the Kathniel break-up, I'm giving them a holiday tomorrow) Happy long weekend everyone!" Guanzon wrote in a Facebook post.

Bernardo and Padilla were together for 11 years, so it's understandable that their fans are so used to seeing them together.

The popular love team announced the Internet-breaking split last Thursday, Nov. 30.
