G-Dragon was booked without detention by the police in October on suspicion of drug use.
He maintained his innocence, saying, “I have never used drugs,” Korean media reported. He voluntarily appeared before the police for investigation.
The police maintained that they were confident there was a statement that could prove the drug allegations against G-Dragon.
However, a simple regent test and Korea’s National Forensic Service’s detailed analysis of G-Dragon’s samples came back negative.
In addition, the police’s witness A changed the statement to “I have never seen G-Dragon do drugs.”
The police summoned six people, including celebrities and acquaintances, who visited the entertainment business establishment with G-Dragon and conducted an investigation, but ultimately failed to find any charges against G-Dragon.
