Oheb stamps class in Blacklist lower bracket semis win over Deus Vult (Moonton Games)

Kiel “Oheb” Soriano stamped his class in the impressive three-game win, dishing out the damage from the distance on his Bruno and Beatrix picks to set up a clash against the loser upper bracket finals clash between AP.Bren and Onic Esports.

Oheb started it all in the series opener, simply untouchable on Bruno particularly in the huge Lord dance at the 16th mark of Game 1.

With Renejay “Renejay” Barcase’s Tigreal, Stephen “Sensui” Castillo’s Fredrinn and Edward “Edward” Dapadap’s Paquito at the frontline, Oheb peeled down the HPs of Deus Vult heroes to complete a wipeout.

Blacklist went for the push to draw first blood, 13-8, with Oheb leading the way with a 5-1-5 line.

The Codebreakers kept their foot on the gas pedal in Game 2, using a Lord fight at the ninth minute mark to gradually build the gold lead and seize control from there.

Oheb repeated the same MVP performance in Game 1 to take a 6-1-2 tally on Bruno while Sensui had a 3-0-4 KDA while also securing all of the major objectives – three turtles and two Lords.

Smelling blood in the water, Blacklist shrugged off some early game resistance from the European crew, securing the Lord during a messy team fight at the 11th minute mark behind the on-point retribution from Sensui and despite an even 2-2 trade of kills.

Blacklist never looked back from there, closing out the series with a 13-8 win. Oheb shone anew with a 6-1-9 on the Beatrix while Renejay continued to flourish on healing roamer picks with a 1-0-10 line on the Rafaela.
