2,222 pass December 2023 Licensure Examination for Radiologic, X-ray Technologists — PRC

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 2,155 out of 3,878—or 55.57 percent for the Radiologic Technologists Licensure Examination (RTLE), and 67 out of 235—or 28.51 percent for the X-Ray Technologists Licensure Examination (XTLE)—passed the December 2023 Licensure Examination.

On Dec. 15, PRC said Sophia Vien De la Cruz Pereda, a graduate of the Angeles University Foundation, topped the RTLE results, averaging 91.40 percent.

Meanwhile, Prince Louise Aplicador of the Wesleyan University- Philippines- Cabanatuan City topped the XTLE results with an average of 86 percent.

The December 2023 RTLE and XTLE were administered by the Board of Radiologic Technology, headed by Hon. Reynaldo Apolonio S. Tisado, chairman; Hon. Orestes P. Monzon, Hon. Bayani C. San Juan, Hon. Ma. Jesette B. Canales and Hon. Roland P. Conanan, members.
The examination was held on Dec. 11-12 in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
Passers who wish to participate in the face-to-face mass oath taking must register at the PRC website no later than noon on the day before the scheduled oath-taking date.
Inductees must bring a vaccination card, or a negative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test result obtained within 48 hours of taking the oath.
