A series of anti-criminality operations in Rizal Province resulted in the arrest of 22 individuals from Dec. 12 to 13.
A report from the office of Rizal Police Provincial Office Director Col. Felipe Maraggun showed that the suspects were apprehended by the respective police stations as a result of the intensified anti-criminality operations.
Five of the 22 who were identified by the police as Benjie, 31; Rocky and Nico; Bonyok and Pepet, were arrested by operatives in three separate buy-bust operations by the San Mateo Police.

In Binangonan, a total of P12,420 buy-bust money was seized by the police from two suspects in two separate operations. Three others were arrested for illegal gambling in the same municipality.
Five persons were arrested in Cainta, Pililla, San Mateo, and Taytay for crimes ranging from swindling, illegal possession and use of false treasury bank notes, frustrated homicide, theft, estafa, and direct assault.
In Antipolo City, Rodriguez, and Taytay, crimes such as reckless imprudence, alarm and scandal, resistance and disobedience to a person in authority or the agent of such person, qualified trespass to dwelling, malicious mischief, grave threat and illegal possession of bladed weapons, resulted in the arrest of several individuals.
