P1.4-M shabu seized in Iloilo City

ILOILO CITY – Suspected shabu worth P1.4 million was seized from four drug pushers in a buy-bust operation in Molo District here on Wednesday night, December 13.

The Iloilo City Police Office identified the suspects as “Jenjen,” “Kloyd,” “Bordigol,” and “Jojo.”

Suspects yielded 210 grams of shabu, .45 caliber pistol, bullets, and a magazine for the gun.

The operation was led by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG).

The Police Regional Office-6 cited operating units for the achievement.

“We are relentless in our campaign against illegal drugs, especially it’s the upcoming Christmas season. We will not stop with the anti-drug operation to make sure that the drug supply will be lessened,” said Police Brig. Gen. Sidney Villaflor, PRO-6 director.
