Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has renewed their agreement to provide internet and connectivity services to delivery firm LBC Express.
Officials from Converge and LBC signed the new contract at LBC Express Inc.’s office in Pasay City.
Among the signatories were LBC Express Incorporated Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer Oliver Valentin, LBC Express Incorporated Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer Alexander Francis Deato, Converge Chief Operations Officer Jesus C. Romero, and Converge Vice President and Head of Wholesale & Enterprise Sales Department Patrick Paul Gatchalian.

Romero said the firm is committed to their mission of “digitally transforming their operations in order to improve their competitive edge and customer service as their business grows.”
“Converge and LBC’s alliance has endured for years because we share the same goal of serving all Filipinos all over the world, particularly our unserved and underserved kababayans. We are honored to be the connectivity of choice of a transport and logistics institution like LBC,” he remarked.
Converge and LBC first began their partnership in 2015 as the telco powered LBC’s head office and main hangar with fiber broadband networks that soon after extended to its warehouses and around 40 percent of their more than 1,500 branches nationwide.
The new contract allows LBC to utilize Converge’s network to ensure their transport, delivery, and remittances processes are streamlined, efficient, and accessible even to areas that are difficult to reach.
Deato said they are looking forward to the development of its partnership with Converge “to provide quality service to the many Filipinos both in the urban and remote areas of the Philippines.”
“Converge has been a longtime partner of LBC and has helped us expand our network with reliable, full-fiber connectivity. I am happy to have witnessed the growth and aggressive expansion of Converge across the Philippines while maintaining their excellent customer support,” said Deato.
