Muntinlupa mayor suspends face-to-face classes in public schools on Dec. 14 due to transport strike
Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon suspended face-to-face classes for Day Care to Grade 12 in public schools for Dec. 14 due to the planned transport strike.
He said face-to-face are suspended for Day Care, Kindergarten to Grade 12 in all public schools in Muntinlupa.

“At the discretion of the Schools Division Office-Muntinlupa City, schools may adopt blended mode of learning,” he said.
According to Biazon, “We deem it necessary to suspend classes to spare the children from the inconvenience and difficulties brought about by the strike and the holiday rush of the Christmas season.”
Biazon also suspended face-to-face classes at the city-run Colegio de Muntinlupa and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa and the ‘“final exams set for this week shall be rescheduled.”
“Suspension of classes in Private Schools shall be at the discretion of their management,” the mayor said.
The city government will deploy its vehicles to provide “Libreng Sakay” (free ride) to the commuting public.
