Four suspects were arrested in the campaign.
The PRO 13-Regional Operations Division (ROD) said operating units confiscated eight caliber .45 pistols, two caliber .40 pistols, two caliber 9mm pistols, 40 caliber .38 revolvers, six caliber .22 pistols, nine shotguns, 56 improvised firearms, six hand grenades, two improvised explosive devices, four M203 ammunition, and three rifle grenades.
PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Kirby John B. Kraft ordered field units to step up SACLEO to enable the people in the region to have a safe Christmas.
“Amid this Yuletide season, PRO-13 assures the public of more intensified police operations and increased police presence in the streets, malls, and all places of worship and engagements to ensure a peaceful and meaningful celebration,” Kraft said.
Meanwhile, P627,324.60 worth of suspected shabu and marijuana were also seized and 35 drug personalities were arrested during the SACLEO.
Kraft said suspects will face drug-related charges.
“May these accomplishments serve as a stern warning that we will remain keen with our anti-illegal drug operations until Caraga becomes drug-free. I implore the public for continuous support and cooperation to keep our substantial gains,” Kraft added.
