Pasay BPLO to implement number coding scheme in business permit renewal


The Pasay city Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) will implement a number coding scheme in the renewal of business permits to prevent overcrowding.

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the renewal of business permits will be from Jan. 2 to 19 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Music Hall, Entertainment Mall, J. W. Diokno Buelevard, Mall of Asia (MOA).

According to BPLO chief Mitch Pardo, business permits with number ending in one to 40 will have their schedule from Jan. 2 to 5.

Pardo said on the second week from Jan.8 to 12, business permits with number ending in 41 to 80 will be processed, while those ending in 81 to 100  will be attended to from Jan.15 to 19.

She said the business permit renewal will be held to avoid overcrowding and to give business tax payers a more bigger and convenient place.

The BPLO chief added that they are expecting around 15,000 businesses in the city will renew their business permits.
