P349,300 shabu, marijuana confiscated in Taguig

The Taguig police seized suspected shabu and marijuana from three men in Barangay Bagong Tanyag on Tuesday, Dec. 12.

According to the police, the suspects were only identified by their aliases Drew, 21; Bryan, 24; and Tim, 23. They were allegedly caught in possession of shabu and marijuana estimated to be worth P349,300.

The police seized from the suspects 427.2 grams of dried marijuana leaves valued at P51,624; five plastic sachets containing 14.9 grams of dried marijuana valued at P1,788; and three bricks of taped marijuana weighing 2.41 kilos worth P289,248.

They also seized three boxes of vape prefilled with marijuana oil cartridges valued at P7,000 each, 9.3 grams of suspected shabu, and a digital weighing scale.

The arrest happened when personnel from the Taguig police’s Substation 8 were patrolling the area and saw the suspects who will all be charged by the police.
