Landco Pacific Corporation, a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC), recently hosted its annual Christmas tree lighting event at Calatagan South Beach (CaSoBe), a mixed residential and commercial development located in Calatagan, Batangas.
The event was led by Landco VP for Sales and Marketing Gerard Penaflor together with the company’s scholars.
Expressing gratitude for the support Landco received throughout the year, Penaflor said, “There's much to be thankful for at Landco. This year has been spectacular and historic for us. We've celebrated numerous success stories and winning moments, many of which we owe to our partners."
Penaflor also encouraged attendees to explore CaSoBe and other Landco projects, saying, "We hope you do enjoy your stay and invite your family and friends to further experience, not only CaSoBe, but our other projects as well."

During the thanksgiving event, he celebrated the holiday season with Landco's scholars. An integral part of the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR), Landco collaborated with Calatagan Senior High School and Batangas State University for the scholarship program, aiming to help support the communities surrounding its development projects.
Through financial assistance, Penaflor emphasized Landco's "Adopt a Scholar" initiative as a means "to share their blessings" and "nurture the future leaders."
"Tonight is also a celebration of how we aim to share our blessings. One of Landco's key objectives is to enhance and uplift the communities where we are currently present," added Penaflor.
CaSoBe, a three-hour drive away from Metro Manila, has 15 hectares of land that meets the white-sand shoreline. The estate will feature a hotel, condo, events place, restaurants, bars, co-working spaces, etc., all masterfully designed to deliver high-end leisure resort living.
