A 38-year-old man was arrested by the authorities after he stabbed one person following a heated argument over debt in Barangay Tambubong, Bocaue, Bulacan on Monday, Dec. 11.

Based on the report submitted to Lt. Col. Jacquiline P. Puapo. Bulacan police officer-in-charge, personnel of the Bocaue Police Station responded to a crime incident that resulted in the arrest of alias "Ricky," 38, of the said village.
Investigation showed that at around 12:40 a.m., the victim and the suspect had a heated argument regarding the debt of the suspect.
The heated exchange ensued into a physical altercation in which the suspect stabbed the victim in his right arm using a hand knife and then fled. He was arrested immediately by responding police operatives.
The victim was rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment.
The suspect will be charged with frustrated murder, police said.
Meanwhile, four lawbreakers were arrested by the Bulacan Police in several police operations conducted on Sunday, Dec. 10.
Lt. Col Puapo cited the reports of Sta. Maria, Marilao, and City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM) police who responded to different crime incidents, identified the arrested suspects as alias Michael, 39, of Sta. Maria for alleged Violence Against Women and their Children (RA 9262); alias RJ, 26, of Phase 1, Dela Costa 3, Brgy. Graceville, CSJDM, for alleged Sexual Abuse (RA 7610); alias Edwin, 27, of Meycauayan City, and alias Mark, 27, of Brgy. Sta. Rosa 1, Marilao for alleged Frustrated Murder.
Criminal complaints against the suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
