Manhunt launched for Tagaytay hotel housekeeper who stole guests' belongings

CAVITE – A room attendant of a hotel in Tagaytay City allegedly stole cash and belongings from five guests on Tuesday, Nov. 28.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office identified the suspect as alias Prencis, a female housekeeper.

Initial investigation showed that the victims were in Tagaytay City for a company seminar.

During their stay, the victims reported that several of their belongings went missing from their rooms, including cash, wallets, and cell phones collectively valued at approximately P106,000.

The Tagaytay City Police Station (CPS) conducted a follow-up investigation and discovered that the suspect entered the victims' rooms using a duplicate key.

The police are now looking for alias Prencis.
