GSIS awards Parañaque gov't with Seal of Protection Silver Award
The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) awarded the Parañaque City government with the Seal of Protection Silver Award on Wednesday, Nov. 29, held at GSIS head office in Pasay City.
Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez said the recognition was was given to the city government during the awarding of the agency's “Pagpupugay sa mga Kaagapay ng GSIS.”
Olivarez, who was represented by his General Services Office (GSO) head Josephine Mary Centena, said the GSIS gave the city government the“Seal of Protection Silver Award’ for the city’s exemplary dedication, commitment and continued efforts to protect its asset to build resilience towards a positively safe city.
He said that aside from the recognition received by the city government, the GSIS also named Carlos Lumagbas and Misael Tenorio of the GSO as top performing property officers.
The mayor also commended Centena and the GSO employees for their hard work and dedication in protecting the property of the city under the GSIS policy.
