Simultaneous anti-criminality operations conducted by the Bulacan police on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 led to the apprehension of five wanted felons and six drug dealers in the province of Bulacan.
In reports submitted to Lt. Col. Jacquiline P. Puapo, Bulacan PNP Officer-in-Charge, operatives of the City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM) police tracked down and served the arrest warrant order to a 58-year-old man from San Rafael 1 in the city.
The arrest warrant was issued by the Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 5-Family Court of CSJDM and pertained to multiple cases for the crime of Qualified Statutory Rape by Sexual Assault (5 counts), Lascivious Conduct Under Sec.5(B) of R.A 7610 (3 counts) and Acts of Lasciviousness Sec. 5(B) of R.A 7610 (8 counts).
Meanwhile, four individuals were arrested by the tracker teams from San Miguel, Bocaue, Hagonoy, and Pulilan police for different crimes and offenses, based on court-issued warrants.
All the arrested accused are now under the custody of the arresting unit or station.
A drug sting operation conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Malolos City police in Barangay Atlag resulted in the arrest of six drug dealers.
The SDEU confiscated a total of 18 sachets of suspected shabu valued at P27,200 – Standard Drug Price (SDP), drug paraphernalia, and marked money.
Similarly, a drug peddler was arrested by the Bocaue police in possession of suspected shabu worth about P6,800.
The arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for examination. Criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects have been prepared for filing in court.
