Fair weather expected in Metro Manila, other parts of PH
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Friday, Dec. 1, said "fair weather" conditions will be experienced in Metro Manila and other Luzon areas including Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon, Bicol Region as well as in Visayas and Mindanao.

However, weather specialist Chenel Dominguez said isolated rain showers may still be expected in the said areas due to localized thunderstorms and easterlies or the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said the northeast monsoon still affects the Northern and Central Luzon.
In Apayao, Batanes, and Cagayan including the Babuyan Islands, cloudy skies with rains will be felt caused by amihan, and flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate to heavy rains.
In the Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be felt also due to amihan.
PAGASA said flash floods or landslides may also occur during severe thunderstorms in the affected areas.
