Madonna Paz Johnson, who goes by the name Lady Xi Shem, is a renowned spiritual advisor and is often referred to as the "High Priestess," who is gaining recognition in the entertainment industry.

Just recently, Lady Xi was honored not only here in the Philippines but also in other countries. Among these are the Jury Special Mention Award of the Wallachia International Film Festival in Bucharest, Romania, Best Feature Film of the Nawada International Film Festival in India, Best International Short of the New Jersey Film Awards, and World Carnival Singapore awardee. 

She also earned a Special Mention at the London International Film Festival and Reels International Film Official Selection. She was nominated for Most Outstanding High Priestess, Dakilang Filipino Awards 2022 and 2023, Actress, Model, and Humanitarian of the Year, Gantimpalang Pilipino Awards 2023, Most Remarkable Spiritual Mystic of the USA and Asian Countries and Ambassadress and Philanthropist of the Year.

Lady Xi is an entrepreneur, actress, model/influencer, Coloma International Talent Management Events Film Productions Incorporated USA ambassador, and film producer. Through her kindness, here are some of the good deeds she has done: She became a sole contributor to the Education Scholarship in 2001. Since 2003, she has been interested in conducting a feeding program for children. She has contributed to aid those affected by typhoons and volcanic eruptions since 2020. She is also supportive of good government management and encourages and advises people on the same.

The Wicca Philippines Group has partnered with Lady Xi, a non-profit organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), to carry out environmental initiatives such as planting trees, cleaning up the environment, and providing aid to those in need. Lady Xi is also an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church in America. She is the CEO of Xi Shem Corporation and a Spiritual Mystic and Shaman healer in the USA.

As time passed, she gained more recognition and acclaim for her accomplishments, earning several awards. Lady Xi earned as a renowned spiritual mystic the honor of the Lahi Awards 2023, High Priestess and Philanthropist of the Asian Countries, Spiritual Mystic in Asian Countries and USA because of her name. Awarded as Outstanding Actress and Humanitarian for 2023 and ASEAN Youth Organization, she was also presented as Most Remarkable Mystic, Ambassadress, Philanthropist, and Humanitarian of the Asian Countries and USA and PEARL of the Orient Awards. 

Apart from this, she was also recognized as Asia's Most Iconic Spiritual Mystic-Philanthropist of USA, Asian Countries and Ambassadress of the Year in the Asia Pacific Luminaire Awards, Most Influential Spiritual Mystic and Philanthropist of the Year, Most Influential Filipino Awards, World Class Excellence Japan Awards and Most Renowned Spiritual Mystic of the Year.

She was awarded Most Innovative Spiritual Mystic/Adviser, Philanthropist, and Empowered Women by the Alliance of Hospitality and Tourism Movers of the Philippines. On Nov. 18, she will be honored as Outstanding Actress/Model/Influencer of the Year by the Gawad Awards Amerika 2023 in Los Angeles, California.
