The Parañaque city government announced the opening of the Government Internship Program (GIP) for those who want to receive training to better understand government programs and projects.
Mayor Eric Olivarez said the opening of GIP is a project of the Public Employment Services Office (PESO) for residents aged 18 to 29 years old, graduates of any course or Grade 12, or those who are presently not attending school.
Olivarez said PESO will only accommodate 30 applicants on a first come, first serve basis.
Applicants who are interested to be part of GIP must answer the application form.
The applicants were also told to bring a 2x2 picture, their Barangay Certificate of Indigency, cedula, government-issued ID, transcript of records (TOR) or diploma, and voter’s certificate or ID to prove that they are Parañaque residents.
All requirement must be given to the PESO office located at the fourth floor of the Parañaque City Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
