The suspect was identified as Edric Pasustento Namol, 23, a street-level individual.
Police Col. Noel Aliño, Bacolod police director, said Namol yielded 1.5 grams of suspected shabu worth P10,200.
Namol had been arrested for robbery but was released because he was just 17-years-old at that time, according to Aliño.
In May 2021, he was arrested anew for robbery and violation of Republic Act 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
However, he was released again because there was an alleged threat on the complainant, Aliño said.
The suspect is detained at Police Station 10.
