Muntinlupa's No. 9 most wanted person for illegal drugs arrested

Muntinlupa police arrested a man who was listed as the No. 9 most wanted person for illegal drugs. 

Personnel of the Muntinlupa Police Warrant and Subpoena Unit nabbed Leodor dela Cruz Jr., 53, on Geremillo Street in Barangay Cupang, Muntinlupa City, on Nov. 8.

Dela Cruz, according to the police, had a warrant of arrest for violation of Article 2 Section 11 of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) or possession of dangerous drugs. 

The warrant of arrest was issued by Presiding Judge Antonetta Pablo Medina of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 276. 

Dela Cruz was turned over to the police’s custodial and detention facility in Muntinlupa pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court.
