PLDT and Chery Tiggo, likewise, aim to improve their respective 4-1 cards at second place when they collide against separate foes.

The High Speed Hitters tangle with the Galeries Tower Highrisers (0-5) at 2 p.m., while the Crossovers square off with the skidding Nxled Chameleons (1-4) at 4 p.m.

Raising the curtain in the quadruple header are F2 Logistics (3-2) and Gerflor (0-5), who battle at 12 noon.

But the spotlight is focused on Creamline, which is coming off a weeklong respite following their 25-21, 21-25, 25-20, 25-22 win over Farm Fresh.

Boasting of an intact lineup and a deep bench, Cool Smashers coach Sherwin Meneses is expected to lean on Michele Gumabao, Tots Carlos and Jema Galanza to banner their assault.

Petro Gazz, however, is determined to recover from a stinging 25-15, 27-25, 18-25, 25-23 loss to Chery Tiggo that halted its four-game run, with Aiza Pontillas, Grethcel Soltones, Ranha Musa and Jonah Sabete out to challenge Creamline’s frontline.

In other matches, PLDT is out to extend its four-game winning streak with Savannah Davison, Rachel Austero and Jules Samonte at the forefront of their attack against the struggling Galeries Tower, who is still reeling from a 25-17, 25-17, 24-26, 25-11 defeat to Cignal last Tuesday, Nov. 7.
