VEDO, the 2x Platinum R&B singer-songwriter who captivated fans during his unforgettable journey on NBC's The Voice a decade ago, has released his 7th studio album entitled, 7. This album marks a significant milestone in his career as an accomplished independent artist who blossomed under the guidance and mentorship of R&B megastar, Usher, who called VEDO "One of the greatest voices of this generation” during their 2022 viral Tiny Desk Concert on NPR.

A testament to VEDO's evolution and growth as an artist, 7 is a rich tapestry of love songs, a heartfelt ballad, and infectious feel-good R&B that showcases his range and emotional depth from the crafting of a sound that he has mastered to a specific era of R&B. Collaborating with notable producers and songwriters; 7 features Keyz (Chris Brown, Bryson Tiller, Diddy) Darhyl “DJ” Camper (Big Sean, John Legend, H.E.R), and songwriter R.City (Rihanna, Maroon 5, Ariana Grande) complete with an inspirational record featuring Grammy award winning artist, Lecrae.

Soulful melodies and heartfelt lyrics, VEDO's exceptional talent as a storyteller with his ability to deliver heartfelt performances has kept him at the top of his game. On the inspiration behind the album, VEDO candidly expresses,

“7 represents completion. It represents those who seek to understand the deeper meaning of life. It's a lucky number and represents many other things as well. Although I'm far from being done, after creating 7 The Album I now have a sense of fullness.”

His journey began on the national stage, where his melodious voice resonated with millions of viewers. Since then, he has ascended to musical stardom, achieving a double platinum hit single with “You Got It” and penning a string of chart-topping hits for others which includes Chris Brown’s Grammy-nominated “Warm Embrace.”
