Police Regional Office 4-A chief Police Brig. Gen. Paul Kenneth Lucas said these two witnesses willingly provided their sworn statements to the Special Investigation and Tracker Team Camilon which are expected to play a crucial role in uncovering the truth about her disappearance.

“Their information is very vital to assist the SITT-Camilon in the ongoing investigation on Camilon’s disappearance,” Lucas said.

These two witnesses said on the night of October 12, they passed by Santa Catalina Subdivision going to Bauan, Batangas on board a motorcycle from a friend’s house.

They decided to stop on the side of the road to relieve themselves and saw three men transferring a female body
from a gray Nissan Juke into a red Honda Sports Utility Vehicle.

They added that one of the men confronted them at gunpoint and ordered them to leave the area immediately.

The witnesses identified the man after a series of questions and presentations of several pictures, including the person of interest and his known associates.

“They also identified the Nissan Juke used by the victim on the day of her disappearance as the same vehicle they saw that night, including the red Honda SUV,” Lucas added.
