Ticket bought in Quezon City yields latest lotto millionaire

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said on Tuesday, Nov. 7, that a solo player who purchased the winning ticket in Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City, had won the P107 million Mega Lotto 6/45 jackpot.

The lucky bettor guessed the winning number combination 13-31-16-01-25-10 during the evening draw on Nov. 6.

The bettor won a total jackpot prize of P107,506,074.20.

PCSO reminded that under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) law, prizes of P10,000 and above are subject to a 20 percent tax deduction.

If the jackpot prize is unclaimed, it will be forfeited to the PCSO Charity Fund, as stated in Republic Act 1169, also known as the PCSO Charter.
