P1.7-M 'shabu' seized, 2 suspects nabbed in Silang buy-bust

CAVITE – Authorities collared two drug suspects in a buy-bust operation in Silang early Tuesday morning, Nov. 7.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office identified the suspects as alias Susan and alias Joshua.

The suspects were arrested after being caught in the act of selling illegal drugs to a police poseur buyer.

Confiscated during the sting operation were 255 grams of suspected “shabu” with an estimated street value of P1,759,500.

Alias Susan and alias Joshua are now under the custody of Silang Municipal Police Station and are facing drug charges.

The confiscated pieces of evidence will be turned over to the Cavite Provincial Forensic Unit in Imus City.
