The winner told the PCSO that the winning numbers were a combination of her family members' birthdates and ages.
Meanwhile, the winner informed the PCSO that she was still "undecided" on how to spend the money.
“Ang tanging sigurado po ay magiging savings po muna ito, napakabata ko pa po at madami pa akong kakaharapin (The only thing for sure is that this will be savings for now. I'm still very young and I have a lot to face)," she said to PCSO.
"Mas maigi na pag-isipang mabuti para hindi po ako magsisi bandang huli (It's better to think it over carefully so that I won't regret it in the end)," she added.
The winner told the PCSO that her interest in playing the lottery began when she was 20, as her mother asked her to place a bet on her behalf.

“Tuwang tuwa si mama kasi natupad ko ang pangarap niyang jackpot (My mother is so happy because I fulfilled her dream of hitting the jackpot)," she said.
