USeP grad tops geodetic engineers board exam

Joshua Carl Mari Jocoy Fajardo, a University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) graduate, secured the top spot in the October 2023 Geodetic Engineers Licensure Examination (GELE) with an average of 89.60 percent.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday, Nov. 6, that 644 out of 1,377 examinees passed the GELE.

Meanwhile, Genny Marie Ceruela Geñoso from the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) placed second with an average score of 89.40 percent.

Alexis Jabuna Sumugat from Negros Oriental State University and Lucille Guidito Yu from Caraga State University both scored 88.80 percent and secured third place.

The examination took place from Oct. 25 to 26.
