Ten houses were gutted in a fire that hit Barangay E. Rodriguez, Quezon City on Monday, Nov. 6.
The Bureau of Fire Protection said the blaze on Annapolis Street was raised to first alarm at 7:31 p.m.
It escalated to the second alarm at 7:37 p.m.
The fire was declared under control at around 8:26 p.m.
It was extinguished at around 10:16 p.m.
No one was reported hurt during the incident. The number of families affected is still being determined.
Arson probers said the fire started from the kitchen of one of the houses in the area which was caused by “unattended cooking.”
Authorities placed an estimated P38,000 damage to property caused by the blaze.
