BIR chief awarded as 'Rising Tiger & Nation-Builder'

Commissioner Romeo D. Lumagui Jr. of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) was honored with the "Rising Tiger & Nation Builder" award by the prominent business and lifestyle magazine, Rising Tigers Magazine.

This prestigious accolade was presented recently during the Rising Tigers Magazine Power Gala 2023.. The event was graced by the presence of influential business leaders and top government officials.

Rising Tigers Magazine, the most widely distributed business and lifestyle publication in the country, bestows this award upon individuals from both the public and private sectors who make significant contributions to the nation's development.

In his acceptance speech, Lumagui emphasized the vital roles played by the BIR and the taxpaying public in the process of nation building, highlighting the essential partnership between the government and its citizens.
