716 pass October 2023 licensure examination for fisheries professionals

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday, Nov. 6, that out of 2,124 examinees, 716 successfully passed the October 2023 licensure examination for fisheries professionals.

The examination took place from Oct. 25 to 26.

Adrian Cayabyab Dela Cruz, an examinee from Pangasinan State University- Binmaley, achieved the top spot in the board exam result with an average of 87.50 percent.

Following closely, Allen Patrick Rodriguez Araneta, Klynne Clarise Manliquez Kuizon, and Rizza Mae Tagupa Guyapale, all from the University of the Philippines Visayas (UP-Visayas) in Iloilo City, secured second place with a score of 86.75 percent.

Meanwhile, Vanica Palomo Boglosa from Iloilo State University of Fisheries Science and Technology- Main placed third with an average of 86 percent.
