Imee celebrates 68th birth anniversary with seniors, kids in Baguio


BAGUIO CITY – Sen. Imee Marcos hosted the “#IMEEmukbang Salu-Salo” in celebration of her 68th birth anniversary on November 12 with senior citizens, children, and birthday celebrants for this month at the Melvin Jones football field here on Friday, November 3.

Imee distributed gifts, flowers, and cakes to her fellow senior citizens celebrating their birth anniversaries in November.

She treated them to a boodle fight and distributed nutribuns in a “Nutri-Jeep,” toys, and gifts to children.

Imee has revived the Nutribun feeding program of her father, the late President Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr., to address malnutrition in the country.

Officials here led by Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, Rep. Mark Go, Councilors Betty Lourdes Tabanda and Elmer Datuin, and Police Regional Office-Cordillera chief Police Brig. Gen. David Peredo Jr. greeted the senator on her birthday.
