Easterlies, thunderstorms to affect parts of PH --- PAGASA
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Sunday, Nov. 5, said the easterlies and localized thunderstorms still affect parts of the country.

Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be felt in Palawan caused by the easterlies --- the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean, said PAGASA.
PAGASA warned the public of risks from possible flash floods or landslides in the affected area during moderate to heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA also advised the public that possible flash floods or landslides may occur in affected areas due to severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, weather specialist Benison Estareja said PAGASA observed cloud clusters outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) in the east portion of Mindanao.
As cloud clusters move closer to the country, PAGASA is not ruling out the possibility of it developing into a Low Pressure Area (LPA) in the following days. (Lizst Torres Abello)
