Cloudy, rainy weather to persist in parts of PH --- PAGASA
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Saturday, Nov. 4, said cloudy weather conditions with rains will still prevail in parts of the country due to the shear line and cloud clusters.

PAGASA said Batanes would have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by shear line---an area where the cold northeasterly winds and warm easterly winds converge.
Flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains may occur in the affected areas, PAGASA said.
The weather bureau also said Caraga and Davao Region would have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the cloud clusters being monitored.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA also warned the public of risks from flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. (Lizst Torres Abello)
